To use UltraLogs, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

UltraLogs provides a marketplace and distribution platform for lawful digital products and services, including:

• Software subscriptions
• Digital tools
• VPN services
• Communication services
• Educational resources
• Online business resources
• Digital assets where ownership transfer is legally permitted
• Other digital products approved by UltraLogs

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Use purchased products lawfully.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Not engage in fraud, abuse, hacking, or unauthorized access.

Users are solely responsible for how they use any product purchased through UltraLogs.

You may not:

• Use UltraLogs for illegal activities.
• Engage in identity theft.
• Commit financial fraud.
• Resell products where prohibited by law.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security.
• Use products in violation of third-party terms of service.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

Users acknowledge that certain digital products may be subject to third-party platform rules and terms of service. UltraLogs does not guarantee that any third-party platform will permit the transfer, resale, or continued use of any digital asset. Users assume all risks associated with the use of such products.

All payments are processed through approved payment channels.

By making a purchase, you agree that:

• Prices may change without notice.
• Payments are final except where otherwise stated.
• Failed transactions may require verification.

Due to the nature of digital products:

• All sales are generally final.
• Refunds may be considered only if:
  • Product was not delivered.
  • Product is proven defective upon delivery.
  • UltraLogs determines a refund is appropriate.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

All UltraLogs branding, logos, software, content, and materials remain the property of UltraLogs.

Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit platform content without written permission.

UltraLogs shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages.
• Loss of profits.
• Business interruption.
• Account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
• Misuse of products by users.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

UltraLogs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity.
• Abuse of platform resources.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

UltraLogs may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or the appropriate courts of Nigeria.
